Return Policy

Due to the nature of online orders and drop shipping, we cannot offer returns at this time; however if there is an issue with your order please reach out to us via our contact info so we can get your issues resolved.

If your item hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us ASAP to change, modify, or cancel an order by sending an email to support@bluescreenapparel.com

Damaged Product

Any damaged product should be notified to us within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days you will assume responsibility for that item and Blue Screen Apparel will not be held liable to replace damaged goods.

Due to the nature of Drop Shipping most of our products, you will most likely need to return said damaged good back to the vendor from which the item came. Reach out to us via our Contact Us page in order to start this process.

Refunds

Please contact us in the event you would like to be issued a refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
